Install diagrams for the XCM X360 Chrome HDD shell replacement.
As shown in picture remove the sticker; then use the screw driver that comes with the H.D shell (chrome) kit to remove the 4 screws.
Take the original H.D. shell (top) apart, then as shown by the arrow take the bottom original H.D. shell off.
Take out the Hard Drive.
H.D. Shell (Chrome) parts displayed
Follow the arrow and put the Hard Drive into the H.D shell (Chrome) bottom shell.
As shown by pic A and pic C, follow arrow B to put together the Hard Drive and bottom H.D. shell (Chrome).
Take out the black button and spring.
Put the black button set and spring in the on the Hard Drive set; then install the H.D shell (Chrome) button on top of it.
Install the H. D. shell (Chrome) top piece on.
Follow pic A, B arrow to put together the top and bottom H.D. shell (Chrome).
Use the 4 screws to secure the top and bottom H.D. shell (Chrome) together (with Hard Drive inside).
Installation complete!. |
